Online Instruction

These instructional videos are to assist my students, to keep them motivated, and to guide them in forms they are learning in face-to-face classes in Bacchus Marsh and Ballan.

Please feel free to join in, taking care to only ever do what feels right for you and your body.

Nothing can replace the instruction of a teacher in a class situation.

The beginner videos are gentle movements you can follow along to in your own home. The advanced videos are for my students who need guidance with forms they have already been training in for a considerable time.
